  • Format: 9-sessions - live, cohort‑based experience

  • Group Size: Small cohort to allow for meaningful discussion and connection

  • Delivery: Live virtual sessions and asynchronous education between sessions

  • Next Open Cohort: starts 24th of February 2026

  • Cost: from $2,700 USD per participant

    • plus $300 for DiSC and EQi.20 assessments if they have not been completed within two years

    • $100 savings each for additional team members
