Leaders at any level: Whether you’re an executive, manager, or new to people leadership, this program offers the tools and insights you need to grow.

New Managers: If you're new to leadership, you'll gain critical tools to help you lead with confidence, clarity, and effectiveness.

Program Details

  • Start Date: Next available open enrollment, Fall 2025 (private programs available now)

  • Duration: 9 weeks (with one 90-minute live session each week)

  • Session Times: TBD / Estimated start time between 8am and 11am Pacific Time depending on final cohort.

  • Asynchronous Learning: Estimated 1 hour per week of self-paced educational content, activities, and reflection

  • Participants: No more than 20 leaders in each cohort, ensuring an intimate and focused learning experience

  • Cost: from $2,700 USD per participant

    • plus $300 for DiSC and EQi.20 assessments if they have not been completed within two years

    • $100 savings each for additional team members
