Leading People Program™

Thank you for your interest in the nine-week Leading People Program™ (LPP). The program is designed to deepen your knowledge of how to best show up as a leader for your business, your team, and yourself. So often, as leaders, we muddle through the messy unknown, in the LPP join a small cohort of peer leaders seeking to improve their skills and create thriving workplaces.

If you’re coming from my Leadership Assessment Session, this is simply a place for us to start the conversation. Your session is an opportunity to step back, look at what’s happening with you and your team, and explore what kind of support might be most useful—including LPP, coaching, training, hiring, or simply a few practical ideas to try.
