Strategy for Women Executive Leaders

Service Description

Join an intimate group of women executive leaders in this four-part Strategic Planning Workshop crafted to lead you through a planning process over the course of two months. With four bi-weekly sessions, you will have time to consider what you have learned during the workshop sessions while also taking care of your daily business tasks. In between the meetings, you will reflect and iterate on strategic elements before moving on to the next steps. Leave the workshop with draft, revised, or final versions of your: - Vision, mission, values - SWOT, financial forecast, - 3 and 1 year goals - Strategic objectives - and more! This workshop will hold you accountable for making progress while also giving you a sense of peace as you add some structure and guiding lights to your business decisions! Cancellation Policy
